| We believe in giving our customers a
one-stop solution experience. We will give you a comprehensive proposal
that will include show host, entertainment, staging, invitation cards, design
work, printing costs, etc. We will also be able to help you source for an
appropriate venue to hold your specific event. Even if you are not sure what you want, we will be able to sit down with you for a brain-storming session. |
| 3) What types of event management are available? |
| At Ultrex, we work on two different types of events. |
| A) Marketing & Branding Events |
| The main objective of Marketing & Branding Events is targeted at your clients or potential markets. This includes Product Launches, Exhibitions, Road Shows, Concerts, Seminars and Gala events. |
| B) Corporate Events |
| Corporate Events are mainly events for your staff. Be it a Dinner & Dance, Family Day or Team Building event. A great way to show your appreciation to your staff and colleagues is by rewarding them with a fun-filled evening or fostering of better working relationship. |
| 4) Is there a minimum amount I need to spend? |
| There are no fixed amounts of money spent on any event. We will be able to advise you on what you can achieve with your budget. |
| Another option is to let us know what you’d like to have in your event. With a cost estimate in hand, we’ll be able to adjust the items to fit your budget. |
